Emma is a member of the Council for Investing in Female Entrepreneurs, the industry advisory council as part of the UK government-backed initiative, the Rose Review, designed to unlock female entrepreneurship in the UK. In 2021 Emma led a peer group to create the Invest in Women Hub, an online portal for early stage female founders to support business growth.

As an advocate of female empowerment, Tamara believes that women deserve to be recognised and championed by the financial sector. WealthiHer intends to do this; inspiring and empowering women to grow and protect their wealth.

Rosi McMurray

Rosi joined Kantar in 2012 where her role is to bring a strategic context to Kantar’s work in financial services. She has a particular interest in the wealth sector. She has led Kantar’s three thought leadership pieces on this topic of which the most  recent ‘Winning with Women” included a perspective on the impact of COVID on women’s attitudes to wealth and investing.

Rosi also acts as a research adviser for WealthiHer and works closely with Tamara Gillan on research design and interpretation.
